Silicone Hop-Up Rubber ML AEG SUPER MACARON 80 Shore RED

The SUPER MACARON hop-up rubber band from Maple Leaf is designed for airsoft AEG and HPA set-ups where accuracy and consistent ball pressure are paramount. The arrow-shaped protrusion with centring ribs helps guide the BBs correctly, whilst the modified sealing grooves ensure a tight seal between the rubber band, the barrel and the hop-up chamber.

The silicone construction is also suitable for use in colder weather, when there is no need to warm up the rubber ring by firing first. The inner sealing ring is designed for hybrid inner barrels with the appropriate cut-out, such as those from Maple Leaf, T-N.T. or Slong. Please check the compatibility of the barrel and chamber before purchasing – standard AEG barrels without the corresponding cut-out may not function correctly.

The SUPER MACARON rubber band offers:

  • A hop-up rubber band for maximum accuracy without the need for pre-heating
  • Arrow-shaped hop-up protrusion with centring struts for precise BB guidance
  • Silicone construction suitable for cold weather
  • Modified sealing grooves
  • Internal sealing ring for compatible hybrid barrels with a cut-out (ML, T-NT, Slong and similar)
  • Compatible with TM-standard AEG / HPA hop-up chambers, for example for the M4, AK, CZ EVO and G36

Specifications:

  • Manufacturer: Maple Leaf
  • Model: SUPER MACARON
  • Product code: MPLF155-80
  • Colour: red
  • Material: silicone
  • Hardness: 80 Shore
  • Recommended muzzle velocity: approximately 150 m/s and above
  • Recommended projectile weight: 0.40–0.45 g

Installation note: The muzzle velocity and projectile weight given are approximate and must be verified in the specific setup. Before fitting, lightly lubricate the outer surface of the rubber band with silicone oil suitable for rubber materials; do not lubricate the inner surface. Fit the rubber ring without applying excessive force and check that it is centred and passes freely through the barrel. Break in a new rubber ring by firing approximately 200–400 rounds with gentle pressure until the desired hop-up effect is achieved. In some set-ups, spacer washers may be required due to a longer collar.
