A replica of an American cavalry sabre designed for light cavalry from around 1860. The blade, which is 71 cm long in total and slightly curved, is made of stainless steel with a polished finish. The basket hilt, which protects the hand during use, is made of brass. The sabre’s slender pommel is also made of brass. The hilt itself is wrapped in black leather, complemented by brass-coloured wire. The sabre comes with a metal scabbard fitted with metal rings for attachment to a belt.
