Periscopic binoculars AST mod. 53 were used during the Cold War by the Czechoslovak Army, to observe the terrain and searching for targets. It was also designed for measuring vertical angles and distances, if the dimensions of the target were known. Currently, binoculars are suitable to use for hunting or airsoft.
The package also contains binoculars, a housing for binovulars, tripod, magnifying attachment and guard bits.
Binoculars are in excellent condition.
