The gaiters are designed to protect the calves and footwear from moisture, snow and mud. A drawstring, secured with Velcro at the back of the gaiters, allows for comfortable fitting of the gaiters onto the calf. At the bottom of the gaiters is a steel cable, used to secure the gaiters to the wearer’s footwear. The length of the securing cable can be adjusted using a strap with a slide buckle.
