Tactical thigh holster for right-handed pistol carry. It consists of a thigh platform/mount with straps and a detachable holster body, both made from durable plastic using injection moulding technology. The holster is fitted with a PHDLB (Plastic Holster Dasta-Lock Block) safety mechanism, which automatically engages the pistol’s trigger guard when the firearm is inserted into the holster, thereby preventing accidental loss. The safety is released by pressing a lever within reach of the index finger of the shooting hand. This allows the firearm to be drawn whilst maintaining the correct grip. The movement of the safety catch can be completely locked by means of a sliding latch, which thus acts as a transport safety. Alternatively, a flip-up plastic strap can be used as a transport safety, securing the firearm between the hammer and the ‘beavertail’ of the firearm.
The hinge is attached to the holster body with screws. Furthermore, two elastic thigh straps and two ‘carrying’ straps are attached to it for securing the holster to a duty or shooting belt. The thigh straps are adjustable, fitted with Fastex buckles for quick release, and have rubber fibre woven into them, which increases friction between the strap and the wearer’s clothing, thereby preventing the holster from twisting on the user’s thigh. The carrying straps are adjustable in length and fitted with swivel joints to prevent them from twisting whilst being worn. The belt loops are approximately 5.5 cm wide, with the inner side featuring the hook side of Velcro for a more secure attachment to a belt fitted with the corresponding loop counterpart. In addition to the gun holster, PALS/MOLLE pouches and holsters with a single fastening strap can also be attached to the plastic mounting platform via the corresponding cut-outs. However, due to the rigidity of the plastic, the platform is not compatible with pouches from all manufacturers! It is recommended to choose pouches with fastening straps that are not reinforced.

The key dimension determining the holster’s suitability for a specific pistol is the width of the pistol’s frame, or rather the width of the corresponding gap in the holster at the safety catch position. This dimension is indicated by the number in the holster’s order number (10, 12, 16 mm).
Thigh holsters are manufactured in a total of four variants: with one or two support straps and with two or three attachment points for the holsters. The variant number of the holster is located at the end of the holster’s order number.
