Gelified denatured alcohol (ethanol-based). Burns completely without residue, odour or soot. The paste is non-explosive, non-toxic and easy and safe to use. It also fits into various fire pit holders. Ideal for starting fires or preheating stoves and lamps. Short strips of ignition fluid on petrol or paraffin cookers make ignition easier. Also suitable as a small emergency stove (e.g. under a folding barbecue 052400 or in a hobo stove, etc.) or as a firelighter for firewood.
