The BLUDIVE BD20 V2 is a high-performance diving torch designed for both recreational and technical diving. It offers a maximum light output of 1,800 lumens, a narrow 5° beam angle and a beam distance of up to 641 metres, enabling it to penetrate environments with reduced visibility effectively.
The light source is a Luminus SFT25R LED with a colour temperature of 6,500 K. The smooth SMO reflector, together with the hardened glass featuring an anti-reflective coating, concentrates the light into a narrow beam, which helps to minimise unwanted reflections from particles in the water.
The torch body is made from 6061 aerospace-grade aluminium, and the design is rated for depths of up to 150 metres. The front is protected by 4 mm toughened glass, and a multi-layer system of O-rings ensures a watertight seal.
The torch is powered by a rechargeable 18650 battery with a capacity of 3,400 mAh, which is included in the pack and allows direct charging via USB-C. Alternatively, 2× CR123A batteries can also be used, which is useful as a backup solution on longer expeditions.
Control is via a stainless steel side button. High, Low and Strobe modes are available. An integrated indicator shows the battery status, and an automatic lock-out function after three minutes in the off mode reduces the risk of accidental activation during transport.
