Folding Knife KIZER DORADO
The Ki455A1 Flipper by Kizer Cutlery is a collaborative project between
Kizer and custom knifemaker Matt Cucchiara of Cucchiara Custom Knives. Tap
the flipper tab and the ball bearing pivot system swings the re-curve
blade effortlessly into play while the fully contoured titanium handle
takes comfort and luxury to a new level on the Dorado by Matt Cucchiara.
Secure lock up allows the user to focus on the business at hand as the
Dorado flies through the tasks with ease and pleasure. It features a 3.5"
stonewashed CPM-S35VN blade with an organic recurved shape. The bearing
pivot system allows for smooth blade opening, as with all Kizer knives.
The matte silver finished titanium handles are some of the most
comfortable we've ever held. Every surface and every edge is contoured for
comfort and gives the knife a very high-class look and feel. Comes with a
tip up carry, anodized titanium pocket clip.
Kizer uses high-tech wire EDM machines to cut the parts. This method is
slower than laser or water jet but feel quality is worth the wait. Each
component in Kizer knives are precision machined and engineered to the
finest tolerances. The final fit, finish, action, and sharpness of each
knife is achieved entirely by hand, employing the irreplaceable
craftsmanship developed by generations of cutler masters. Dedicated

The Bladesmith Series is Kizer's collaboration/partnerships with the
custom knife world. They license designs from custom knifemakers and forge
a partnership utilizing the best from both sides. The custom designers
bring their innovative and unique designs, while Kizer brings their highly
specialized technical manufacturing expertise and quality. Together, they
create products that proudly bears the names of the designer and Kizer
Cutlery.
