Gauze PRIMED compressed
The legendary Primed Compressed Gauze compression gauze is a highly absorbent cotton
gauze, vacuum-compressed into a compact form.
This is a 6-ply gauze which, thanks to its construction, offers very good
absorption properties. Once unpacked, the active section measures approximately 3.74 m
in length and just under 11 cm in width. Primed Compressed Gauze by SAFEGUARD
is primarily used by NATO military forces, but it is also perfectly suited for treating
severe bleeding in common emergency situations. This sterile, highly
absorbent gauze made from purified cotton contains no textile dust and, thanks to its special
compression, takes up minimal space. The compression dressing is vacuum-packed in a durable
and resistant package that ensures the smallest possible storage dimensions.
