The tactical vest for military police officers is equipped with a cross/universal webbing system for attaching compatible pouches according to mission requirements or user needs. Two large flat pockets with zips are integrated directly into the ‘body’ of the vest and are accessible even when the vest is fastened. Both feature a webbing panel (2x4) for attaching a pistol holster and smaller elastic loops. Additional storage space is provided by four flat compartments with Velcro fastenings, located on the inside of the vest on both sides and on the back.
The vest is constructed from breathable mesh, with the front fastening comprising three straps with Fastex buckles. The vest’s size can be adjusted to the required circumference using side straps and elastic lacing, and in height using Velcro and straps at the shoulders and back. All straps are long enough to allow the vest to be worn over ballistic protection. There is a large Velcro panel at the top of the back for Velcro patches and a carrying handle.
