The FMA AN/PEQ15 LA-5 IR upgrade version is a compact and lightweight airsoft PEQ box, ideal for use with night vision goggles and infrared-sensitive devices. It features a more powerful visible laser with functional IR covers for NVG devices, enabling faster and more accurate hip-fire. The laser is adjustable in both directions, making it truly suitable for aiming. The integrated IR illuminator ensures better visibility when using NVG devices. The box also features an LED torch on the body, which facilitates operation in low-visibility conditions.

The PEQ box is designed for demanding tactical operations. It is compact, lightweight and durable, whilst ensuring easy operation even when wearing gloves. The body is made from reinforced nylon for greater durability and a long service life. This PEQ box mounts onto a standard RIS rail.

This is an AN/PEQ box intended solely for airsoft AEG, GBB and HPA weapons; it must not be used on live firearms due to the strong recoil (with the exception of .22LR calibre rifles).

The PEQ box has several operating modes:

• AL mode – torch, activated by pressing the button
• O mode – torch; pressing the button twice activates the device without the need to hold the button down
• P mode: laser; pressing the button twice activates the laser without the need to hold the button down
• AL mode: torch and laser; double-pressing activates both without needing to hold the button down
• DL mode: IR illuminator; pressing the button twice activates continuous illumination
• IR cover: This is not a separate mode. To activate the IR laser, cover the laser beam with the IR cover whilst in laser mode.

Warning: This is a high-powered laser device; do not point the laser at anyone’s eyes (humans or animals), as this may cause vision damage. Do not point the laser at the sky or at any vehicles.
