A professional second-generation softshell jacket from the French brand A10 Equipment. Its cut and design are based on the first-generation FIGHTER jacket, but it has been reinforced and improved in a number of areas to provide top-class protection and reliability in most outdoor conditions.
The jacket’s outer shell is made from stretch X-MOVE 360° polyester rip-stop, which offers exceptional durability whilst maintaining maximum freedom of movement for the wearer, even during dynamic activity. The FLEECE-TECH-SQR lining, thanks to its ‘waffle’ pattern, ensures excellent breathability whilst maintaining optimal thermal insulation. The integrated X-PERF membrane provides the jacket with water resistance and windproofing. An additional DWR-TECH external water-repellent finish is also included as standard.
The jacket fastens with a central YKK zip, finished at the neck with a beard and skin guard. The collar is raised, lined with warm fleece and fitted with an adjustable, detachable hood. The shoulders of the jacket are reinforced with CORDURA® material and, for added comfort, are also fitted with 3 mm thick foam, which excellently absorbs pressure when carrying heavy rucksacks or similar equipment. Under the arms, you’ll find ventilation openings with an inner mesh lining, accessible via two-way zips. The shoulders feature pockets combined with external VELCRO panels for attaching Velcro patches and a compartment for carrying writing materials. The relatively spacious pockets at the waist are raised to allow easy access even when the backpack’s hip belt is fastened. The sleeve cuffs are adjustable via Velcro straps.
