Durable tactical trousers from Claw Gear, designed for military and police operations. The ergonomically shaped seat, knees and seamless crotch allow for freedom of movement whilst wearing. The position of the knees can be adjusted to suit the wearer’s leg length. The trousers feature a concealed Velcro waist adjustment and the inner waist lining is made of microfleece. Wide belt loops allow for belts up to 60 mm wide. The trousers fasten with a YKK zip and a press stud covered by a Velcro flap.
‘ATS FLEX’ technology has been used in the fabric of the trousers. This is a mechanically stretchable NYCO RipStop fabric, composed of 43 per cent cotton and 57 per cent nylon. This material offers excellent thermal regulation when worn and ensures high abrasion resistance.
The knees are reinforced and feature abrasion protection provided by a ceramic coating. The knee area is double-layered, and both the height and circumference can be individually adjusted. On the back of the trousers, at the bottom of both legs, there are double loops for attaching a tourniquet.
The width of the trouser hems is adjustable via a drawstring. A hook on the hem, which catches onto the laces, prevents the trousers from riding up.
The trousers feature two vertical front pockets with integrated compartments for a smartphone or magazines, and loops for securing items. These pockets have reinforced edges for attaching a pocket knife. On the sides of the trousers, there are two small pockets designed for magazines or for carrying a knife.
The two thigh pockets have integrated magazine compartments that are accessible from both the outside and the inside. They are fastened with zips concealed by flaps.
The pocket layout has been carefully designed to meet the specific requirements of combat operations, ensuring that all functional components can be operated with one hand and that key pieces of equipment are quickly and easily accessible.
