A round patch featuring the 11th Reconnaissance Battalion of the Czech Armed Forces from Prostějov, which will be a great addition to your collection of military patches as well as your clothing or kit. The 11th Reconnaissance Battalion was formed on 1 October 2000 as part of the 1st Mechanised Division, succeeding the 115th Deep Reconnaissance Battalion. Following the reorganisation of the army, on 1 December 2003 it formed the basis of the new 102nd Reconnaissance Battalion, which was created by merging several reconnaissance units of the Czech Armed Forces. The patch thus commemorates one of the stages in the history of the Prostějov reconnaissance troops.
