Start your day right with porridge with apples – a healthy breakfast for the great outdoors that combines the classic flavours of oats and freeze-dried apples with a pinch of fragrant cinnamon. This porridge is ideal for both vegetarians and vegans and is designed to keep you feeling full and provide the energy you need.

Freeze-dried food is very light, energy-dense and nutritionally balanced. Unlike standard freeze-dried foods on the market, TACTICAL FOODPACK meals are approved for use by the Estonian Special Forces and meet the requirements of other special forces within NATO countries.

The food is first cooked as a whole without the use of chemical additives, then freeze-dried and packed into a durable, resealable pouch. It is the perfect choice for mountaineers, hikers and soldiers, but thanks to its long shelf life, it is also appreciated by preppers.

To prepare, simply pour hot water over the sachet (alternatively, you can use heating tablets and sachets, though these are not included in the pack) and after ten minutes you can enjoy a tasty and filling meal. PLEASE NOTE: if necessary, you can also use cold water; this is primarily intended for situations where you cannot access a source of fire, such as during emergencies, natural disasters, etc.
