The Carinthia G-LOFT® ESG Jacket is a lightweight, insulated jacket designed for everyday wear, travel and outdoor activities in cold weather. It combines a simple, casual look with functional materials and effective G-LOFT® synthetic insulation. Thanks to its light weight, comfortable fit and packability, it can be worn as a standalone jacket or as an additional insulating layer.
Thermal comfort is provided by G-LOFT® synthetic insulation made from 100% polyester, which is distributed differently across different parts of the body according to their specific needs, using ISO Mapping® technology. In the torso area, the insulation has a weight of 100 g/m², whilst the sleeves feature lighter insulation weighing 60 g/m². This design helps retain heat in the core whilst maintaining freedom of movement in the arms.
Both the outer fabric and the inner lining are made from 100% polyamide. The jacket features two zipped side pockets and one inner pocket for the secure storage of personal belongings. The left-hand side pocket also serves as an integrated carry pouch, into which the entire jacket can be packed without the need for a separate bag.
The sleeves are finished with cuffs featuring integrated wrist gaiters, which help to minimise heat loss. The adjustable bottom hem allows you to tailor the jacket to your build and the layers you’re wearing, whilst the chin guard prevents the zip from coming into uncomfortable contact with your skin. Weighing approximately 540 g, the ESG Jacket offers a practical combination of thermal comfort, low weight and versatility.
