The Tenacious R.I.L. Disarray™ Finish takes the design to a new level with full titanium handle scales, a highly durable Reeve Integral Lock™ (R.I.L., also known as a “frame lock”), a D2 tool steel blade, and an impressive “Disarray” finish. This unique heat anodizing process is applied by hand to each titanium scale individually, creating a stunning, one-of-a-kind color pattern.
The beautifully polished titanium handle scales form the foundation of the robust R.I.L. locking mechanism, precisely machined into the back of the handle and reinforced with a stainless steel insert. This insert ensures a long-lasting steel-on-steel interface and also acts as a stop, preventing lock overtravel and preserving spring tension over time.
The full-flat-ground PlainEdge™ blade offers excellent edge geometry and fully utilizes the D2 steel’s outstanding properties – superior edge retention and high toughness.
For convenient carry and easy access, the knife includes a wide pocket clip that can be positioned in four different ways – left or right side, tip-up or tip-down.
