Electronic headphones with active listening provide the function of classic earpieces, i.e. hearing protection against harmful loud noises (shots, explosions, machine operation above 82 dB), however, thanks to the combination of external microphones and internal speakers, they still allow you to hear the surrounding sounds at a safe level and communicate.
