A rechargeable headlamp with an ultra-light magnesium alloy frame from NEXTORCH.

Thanks to the patented Claw Optics™ technology, this headlamp delivers a maximum light output of 2,300 lumens with a beam distance of up to 256 m. The headlamp offers seamless switching between white and red light for night vision. It can shine for up to 220 hours on a single charge (when using red light).

The headlamp is constructed from an ultra-lightweight frame made of premium magnesium alloy. This material offers durability comparable to aluminium, whilst being a third lighter. The torch weighs just 96 g – during prolonged use, such as on tactical and outdoor missions, its low weight helps to reduce neck and back strain.

The headlamp utilises NEXTORCH’s proprietary optical system, combining a narrow spot beam and an even 100° wide-angle beam into a seamless, highly efficient combined beam that delivers a luminous flux of up to 2,300 lumens and a maximum beam distance of up to 256 metres.

The torch’s controls have been designed to allow for easy adjustment of the headlamp’s settings without looking – you do not need to look at the control ring whilst adjusting it. It also allows for easy operation even whilst wearing gloves. The control ring offers a choice of modes and allows you to switch between white light, red light and SOS modes. The continuous dimming control offers smooth brightness adjustment and features a memory function for your selected setting.

The headlamp is fitted with a quick-release mechanism for rapid detachment, allowing you to attach it to a helmet or use it as a standalone work light (the headlamp is compatible with specialised rail mounts for NVG and ARC night vision devices).

The headlamp is designed to withstand even the most demanding conditions. It features IP67 dustproof and waterproof protection and can withstand a drop from a height of 1 metre. The dual power supply system (USB-C 18650 batteries or freeze-resistant CR123A batteries) ensures it will switch on in any weather conditions.
