Kitchen knife set from Opinel. Consists of 4 basic knives: cutting knife, Cranté knife, knife for vegetables and a peeler. Knife handles are painted and varnished. Paring knife and serrated knife were made in France. Knife for vegetables and the peeler are made in Portugal.
The wood for handle production comes from french farms. It is a white-colored wood with a fine grain, ideal for applying paint without deforming it. The handle is varnished to provide better protection against moisture and dirt.
Stainless steel is an alloyed steel. It is produced by adding chromium, which significantly increases its resistance to corrosion. Stainless steel requires no special maintenance.
