A waterproof outdoor jacket characterised by high comfort even during dynamic physical activity. The jacket is made from patented materials and offers thermal comfort down to -5 °C, with an extreme temperature rating of -10 °C. The Paratex Dry® outer material features a polyurethane coating that provides excellent water resistance whilst reliably protecting against the wind. The jacket’s high water resistance (10,000 mm water column) is further enhanced by taped seams. Insulation is provided by an inner Softie® polyester insulation layer, which can also be found in SNUGPAK® sleeping bags. You can also use the underarm ventilation openings, which are closed with a zip, to regulate your temperature.
The jacket fastens with a waterproof and windproof two-way YKK® zip, which is finished with a neck and beard guard at the stand-up collar. The collar features a detachable, insulated hood with adjustable sizing. At the waist, you’ll find two deep hand pockets with an insulated lining. The pockets are large enough for gloved hands or for storing small items and valuables. There is also a smaller pocket on the inside of the jacket. The bottom hem of the jacket can be tightened using an elastic cord, and the sleeve cuffs can be adjusted using Velcro.
