A tactical shirt from the FIGHTER GEN.2 range, designed to meet the needs of tactical operators during demanding combat missions in hostile environments. The shirt’s flat-seam design is constructed from two different materials. The sleeves are made from durable NyCo rip-stop fabric, comprising 50% nylon and 50% cotton, which offers an excellent balance between mechanical strength and breathability. The rip-stop finish also prevents the fabric from tearing, which you’ll particularly appreciate in areas with dense vegetation or during urban combat. The body of the shirt is made from soft, stretchy cotton. This offers a high degree of breathability and optimal thermoregulation for use in combination with a plate carrier or chest rig. Metal vents in the underarms also aid air circulation.
In the shoulder area, tactical shirts are usually subjected to the weight of a loaded plate carrier or rucksack; for this reason, the FIGHTER V1 GEN.2 shirt is fitted with 2 mm thick perforated foam padding. This padding effectively absorbs pressure, whilst the aforementioned perforations aid air circulation and prevent unwanted moisture build-up. A pair of shoulder pockets can be used to store small items, whilst the Velcro panels can be used for personalisation with Velcro patches. These panels also feature slots for storing writing implements. The sleeve cuffs can be adjusted in size using Velcro straps.
