The SPERAS U4 is a compact rechargeable torch designed for everyday carry, hiking, camping and minor repairs. Despite measuring just 62 mm in length and weighing 23 g, it offers a maximum light output of 500 lumens with a beam distance of up to 100 metres. Thanks to the combination of a main reflector, side COB lighting and a magnetic base, it is a practical light source that you can keep with you at all times.
The torch features two independent light sources. The main reflector provides a concentrated beam of white light with four brightness levels and a strobe mode. The side COB panel offers wide-angle illumination suitable for close-range work, reading or lighting a small area. In addition to white light, it is also equipped with a red light, which helps maintain night vision. A red warning strobe is also available.
A practical feature is the magnet integrated into the base of the torch, which allows it to be attached to steel and other ferromagnetic surfaces. The torch can therefore be used, for example, when carrying out car repairs, working in a workshop or handling equipment, when you need to have both hands free. Thanks to the strap and the supplied ring, it can be easily attached to your keys, rucksack or other gear.
Power is supplied by a built-in 200 mAh Li-Ion battery, which is recharged via a USB-C connector. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours, and the maximum runtime is up to 8 hours when using the energy-saving side-lighting mode. A light indicator around the control button provides continuous feedback on the remaining battery capacity.
To prevent accidental switching on during transport, the torch is fitted with an electronic button lock, which is activated or deactivated by pressing the button four times quickly. If you attempt to switch on a locked torch, the main light will flash twice briefly. The design offers IPX5 water resistance and can withstand drops from a height of up to 1 metre, so it can easily cope with everyday outdoor use.
