The Uvex Apache Spec P1E21 tactical goggles provide high eye protection against lasers in accordance with EN 207 (P1E21 filter – RGB filter with OD1+).
The P1E21 filter is designed to protect against laser radiation (visible RGB lasers and lower-intensity IR lasers).
They feature clear polycarbonate lenses with a Uvex Supravision Excellence coating, which provides protection against fogging, scratching and chemical resistance. The goggles offer good colour recognition and transmit approximately 40 per cent of daylight.
The temples are slim, allowing the goggles to be worn under a helmet or ear defenders. The nose bridge is non-slip and made from a soft material.
The glasses comply with EN 166, EN 207 and STANAG 2920/4296 standards, which ensure their durability and protection against flying debris and impacts.
They are compatible with RX prescription inserts (not included).
The Uvex Apache Spec P1E21 safety glasses offer:
Technical specifications:
P1E21 (RGB) protective filter, laser protection (EN 207):
| Wavelength (nm) (extract): | 315–440 | 440–446 | 522–534 | 636–660 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Protection level: | DIRM LB3 | DIRM LB2 | DIRM LB1 | DIRM LB1 |
| Optical density (OD): | 3+ | 2+ | 1+ | 1+ |
OD – optical density, level of light attenuation
LB – protection against laser beams (visible / IR spectrum)
DIRM – the goggles have been tested and certified against multiple laser radiation modes simultaneously: (D) = continuous radiation, (I) = short pulses, (R) = repeated pulses, (M) = long pulses
