Helikon-Tex® jacket LEVANTER waterproofed COYOTE
The Levanter is a lightweight, waterproof rain jacket designed for field use when the weather starts setting its own rules. Thanks to the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating and an internal PU (Polyurethane) layer, the jacket protects against light rain and wind, offering waterproofness rated at 10,000 mm and breathability at 10,000 g/m²/24h – enough for moderate activity levels.
The Levanter’s thoughtful design includes a short 3/4 zipper for easy on/off and extra ventilation, and a large kangaroo pocket with dual-side access and two zippers – perfect for essential gear. The adjustable hood adapts to your head shape, offering additional protection against wind and rain.
Key features:
- DWR C0: water repellency with no compromise to the environment
- PU 10K/10K: barrier against moisture and comfort during short-term activity in the rain
- 3/4-length zipper: quick to put on, adds ventilation without full unzipping
- Kangaroo pocket: dual zippers, space for map/EDC/gloves
- Adjustable hood: fits the head snugly, shields against gusts
- Lightweight, packable design: ideal as a “just-in-case” layer
Without an active membrane, the Levanter works best as an emergency rain shell – lightweight, quick to pack, and ready when the weather turns unpredictable.
To maintain the jacket’s durability and performance, store it in a dry place, away from moisture.
The PFAS-free DWR C0 coating will gradually lose its properties over time, so it’s worth reapplying waterproofing treatment regularly with suitable care products.
